Q. What do I need to do to get started?
A. Follow these 5 easy steps to go live with DonationXchange:
1. Acquire a generic email address for administrative access (i.e. donations@yourcompanyname.com).
2. Complete the brief form below.
3. Schedule a Training & Setup session with your DonationXchange
representative. The session will take 30-60 minutes.
4. During Training, you will complete the basic account configuration (add template letters, item inventory, etc., if applicable).
5. Post your new DonationXchange Request link on your website (we will provide you the link), and your DonationXchange account will be LIVE.
Q. How fast can we get up and running on DonationXchange?
A. You can go live in as little as two weeks! Customization may require additional time.
